Why should someone choose RexiPets instead of someone else?

The RexiPets team focuses on quality and offers a wide variety of products for our clients to choose from. Also, we are actively involved from initial design, through production and selling the items (compared to many websites that just sell other companies’ products).

How are you different from large pet store chains?

RexiPets sells only our brand, where we control the A to Z. Large pet store chains just sell other companies’ products.

Where are products manufactured (within the US or overseas, or both) – and how do you choose which manufacturers’ products to sell?

RexiPets’ products come from both the US and overseas. Based on extensive market studies, we try to source from anywhere that has quality products and competitive prices.

Do you have quality assurance testing on all products before selling them?

Yes, RexiPets has an active, hands-on quality assurance testing process for all products before they’re sold.

How durable are the products? How long will they last before needing replacement?

RexiPets aims to offer durable, high-quality products that will last a long time for active cats and dogs.

Do you sell pet food?

Not yet.

Sales and Returns

Do you have a storefront/physical location – or only selling online?

Currently, RexiPets is only selling online. We plan to go into retail soon in 2021.

Can I talk to a person if I have questions about products and sales?

Yes, we have email and chat support to answer your questions.

Does your business have geographic limitations (local, state, or national) – or can you ship anywhere around the world?

RexiPets can ship anywhere in the world.

How can people pay for their products?

RexiPets accepts credit cards or PayPal.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping cost will be calculated on the checkout page for your purchase.

How long will it take to get my order?

Shipping schedule will depend on the shipping option that you choose.

Do you accept returns? If so, are there any limitations or specific policies about returning within a certain amount of time?

Yes, for orders in the United States, RexiPets allows returns—as long as a return request is communicated within 30 days of receiving the order. Returns must be in the condition you received them, and in the original packaging. We can only accept returns on items that are still in new condition (must not have any dog fur, dirt, stains, or odors present).
